Where do you send them too? I've had photo's in Neo before but a 3rd party submitted them for me XD

There's an email address on the page they say to send things in to so I'd guess that's it..
I just looked at the latest Neo magazine which has the expo article in it. They didn't have a single picture of the masquerade or any of its winners. You know, even though it's called "Cosplay Corner" and we had freaking Warhammer guys. Your article kicks their ass.
Unless of course it was actually you who wrote it, in which case I retract my statement.
(PS, I'm Tab the maker of the Saint Seiya and Steampunk costumes at Expo. I was also at minami. I keep finding pictures that you've taken of me but I'm sure that I've never seen you/said hi. So I'm doing it now)

Hah, nah I don't do any writing for them - Mark's the one who did all the writing for the last zillion issues, and snuck my photos in ;) but he's stopped now, I've no idea who wrote/organised the latest one..
Neo have always seemed to be pretty anxious to avoid covering conventions, even their expo articles are more advertisements for something else.. Odd considering it's one of the only things the UK scene can cover/comment on that the world scene hasn't already ;)
Yeah, I seem to do that a lot o.O There were a lot of people spotting their photo on the cosplay desk displays and saying they don't remember them being taken XD We haven't met but I've heard your name a lot - 'was looking forward to the steampunk ones but didn't manage to get any good photos T_T
It's rather stupid. I know a ton of cosplayers that would buy it if it had stuff relevant to them.
I'll be going to ayacon so maybe we'll get a chance to talk a bit then. I know Xae considers you to be a great photographer so I might be asking about a shoot for our Al and Ed (FMA) costumes on the saturday. I'm not sure if you're open to shoots but if you are I'd love to book a place. I have a horrible habit of making costumes and never getting good pictures of them and I really want to break it.
Captin Cogsworth will be at Ayacon if you want to snap some pics. He'll be the Khaos Booth Babe at our stall.

I do remember all the early issues they had where they'd run questions about "should we have more cosplay pages" then printed loads of letters saying "no way in hell", which strikes me as very odd, or just very forced.. Even then, not covering the conventions at all is pretty lame, cosplay or no.
Bah, he lies! I'm just of the school of taking-so-many-that-some-come-out-okay, which usually works.
I don't really do bookings simply because that would require me to actually organise myself (!) That and there's never been much interest, I've been asked like.. twice XD
So I run on the "if you find me, drag me off for a shoot" principle, and if anyone does let me know they'd like me to get shots of them then I just do my best to hunt them down on the day.. So count yourself top of that list ;) Your Ed is looking pretty incredible so far, I've not even come close to making anything match my flesh colour yet..
Awesomes, shall keep an eye out!
